For those ready to begin the journey

Many people who seek out counseling with me are often struggling with difficult emotions or unhealthy habits which cause problems in their relationships.  They feel that they are not all that they could be.

It is often the case that these problems come from a history of hurt. Sometimes this hurt is obvious like when someone is the victim of physical or sexual abuse. Sometimes the hurt is more subtle like when an individual experiences emotional, psychological, or spiritual abuse.

I’ve combined my passion for others and my clinical training (including but not limited to my training in EMDR) to provide my clients with a warm and understanding presence and expert knowledge. 

My faith in Jesus fuels my passion for people and truth, but I do not impose my beliefs on my clients.
